Do I need an AI feature or just a better web app?
Not every task needs a model. A fixed calculation, data sync or transaction is often better handled with conventional code. We scope the workflow first and add AI only where interpretation or generation is useful.
Can the app use private documents?
That needs a privacy and access-control review before implementation. We agree which data can leave your environment, choose providers accordingly and define retention and review requirements. Do not submit sensitive files to public demos.
Does SEO or GEO setup guarantee Google rankings or AI citations?
No. Crawlable HTML, clear content, canonical URLs and structured data help discovery, but neither indexing nor AI citations are guaranteed. An llms.txt file is supplementary, not proof of visibility.
How do you estimate delivery?
After agreeing on the workflow, data sources and required integrations, the project is divided into testable milestones. A demo does not include production authentication, security or operations unless those are explicitly scoped.
